Hardware Installation & Physical Integration:
Equipment Deployment: Managed the delivery, unboxing, and mounting of 4 units of Huawei DC908 Pro (2 units per site).
Fiber Patching: Completed 72 LC-LC fiber connections per site between Huawei and Accelink equipment. “Full labeling and cable management implemented at both sites”.
DCN Connectivity: Installed and labeled 5 Ethernet cables per site connecting Huawei equipment to the DayOne DCN switches.
Contingency Management: Subcontractors provided 3m LC-LC patch cords as on-site alternatives to the standard 10m cords to meet specific client preferences.

Software Configuration & Commissioning:
Network Element (NE) Setup: Configured basic NE info, including NEID, IP addresses, and subnet masks.
System Optimization: Performed software version management (upgrades/downgrades to R24) as required by site conditions.
Service Layer Configuration: * Added logical boards and configured service boards.
Operational Support: Provided dual-site standby support during commissioning to troubleshoot physical connections and ensure zero-abnormality handovers.
